In case of cancellation, please notify 28 Star Studio 24 hours prior to appointment.
No-Show Policy:
At 28 Star Studio, our business is appointment-based. It only works when appointments are kept. When you schedule an appointment with us, we must make sure that we are there for you. We ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. We do realize that occasionally, "real life" intrudes on previously-laid plans. For that reason, it is our policy to give each client a "second chance". However, the second missed appointment, you will be charged for the full amount of the missed service at the time of your next appointment.
